Pädiatrie (Optiray 300): periphere und abdominale Arteriographie, i.v. Urographie.

Dosierung

I.v. Urographie: Erw.: 300: 50–100 ml, max. 2 ml/kg, max. 150 ml; 350: 50–75 ml, max. 1,4 ml/kg, max. 140 ml.
Ganzkörper CT: Erw.: 300 und 350: Bolus: 25–75 ml, Inf. 50–100 ml, max. 3 ml/kg, max. 150 ml.
Andere Indikationen, Pädiatrie: «FI».

Kontraindikation

Manifeste Hyperthyreose, schwere Niereninsuffizienz mit schweren Leberschäden. Schwangerschaft «FI», Stillzeit (bis 24–48 h nach Verabreichung). 758797 / 10.05.2023
